Contractors are independent and are not employees, agents, or partners of Contractors Connect.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate job details
- Pay agreed-upon fees in a timely manner
- Treat Contractors respectfully and lawfully
7. Payments and Fees
Contractors Connect may facilitate payments through the App. By using the payment system:
- You agree to any applicable service fees
- You authorize us to process payments on your behalf
- All payments are final unless otherwise stated
We are not responsible for disputes regarding payments between users.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the Contractor. Contractors Connect does not guarantee refunds and is not liable for cancellation disputes.
9. Ratings and Reviews
Users may leave reviews and ratings. You agree that:
- Reviews must be honest and not misleading
- We may remove content that violates our policies
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Circumvent payment systems to avoid fees

11. Intellectual Property
